About Us
Renovations by Salt Water has developed an extensive track record and excellent reputation in the Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and surrounding areas. We are licensed and insured and provide all levels of contractor services from small repairs and handyman work all the way up to large renovations and new construction.
For more than 35 years, Salt Water Vacations has serviced Florida’s Emerald Coast as a property management entity. Our extensive experience in managing real estate assets for our owners has given us special insight into the challenge of keeping a home well maintained & updated in the face of permitting and code compliance questions, and more recent supply chain and staffing concerns.
After a hugely successful rollout of our in-house team to our owners, we decided to open our services to the general public. Since we branched out, we’ve made dozens of homeowners happy with their Renovation by Salt Water!
